General Rules & Regulations
- Misbehavior with the Warden Madam or the Management will not be tolerated and will lead to termination of admission.
- Equipment such as Electric Iron, Heater, Gas, Stove, Induction etc. are not allowed in the Hostel Room only laptop can be used.
- No candidate should leave her room without being properly dressed. Short skirts/ Shorts strictly prohibited.
- Candidates failing to follow the In / Out timing restrictions will Face Disciplinary action.
- All Girls need to switch off the Lights, Fans while going out of the room or Hostel premises.
- Ragging in any form whatsoever is strictly BANNED. Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs and Gambling: The student shall not bring, store, possess and/or drink any alcohol/intoxicating drink, drug or substance of any kind whatsoever and/or smoke in the room and/or any part of premises.
- No gambling shall be allowed in the premises of the hostel.
- Candidates should maintain silence, discipline and decorum in the hostel and ensure that they do not disturb other candidates by their activities.
- Meals should not be taken in the candidate’s room unless permitted by Rector due to ill health of occupant. Meals will be served during the decided timings only.
- Visitors (Parents only) can visit in the visiting hours and are allowed to sit in the reception area only. Entry to the rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Outsiders (Boys/Friends/Brothers) should not enter the hostel premises for dropping candidates or any other purpose.
- Candidates are advised not to keep ornaments, jewelery or other valuables and big cash amounts with them. Hostel Management is not responsible for loss/theft of any valuables or money.
- The Hostel authorities or the Rector have the full right to enter and inspect the hostel rooms/toilet at any time they desire.
- Candidate going out of station or staying out of the hostel have to obtain prior approval of the rector in writing.
- Fixing of nails, sticking of posters or any paper on the walls/furniture is not permitted. Any damages to the walls/furniture, the charges for same, will be recovered from occupants of the room.
- n case of illness or accident the rector should be informed accordingly.
- For the purpose of discipline and convenience of the management, the Rector has the right and authority to change the room allotted to a candidate and even during the term.
- Candidates found under influence or possession of Alcohol, Cigarettes, Tobacco, Drugs or any such similar items will be expelled from the hostel.
- Basic Wi-Fi facility is provided as a complementary service. No separate fee is taken for this facility. Complaints regarding Speed, Connectivity\ Accessibility will not be entertained.
- The Management has the right to Add or remove any facility provided at any time during the term.
- The management has the right to change any of the rules at any time without any notice. The candidates are deemed to have read these rules and agree to bind by them.
